Job Responsibilities:

  • Resourcing, recruiting and selection of suitably qualified personnel at all levels.

  • Offer advice and counsel in all areas of performance management, problem resolutions and best practice processes.

  • Involvement in ER issues such as carrying our investigations, grievance, bully and harassment.

  • Maintain employee personnel records and of the HR system (entering absence information, new hires, leavers, payroll changes, coding etc.)

  • Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits or company policies.

  • Assist in the organisation of company events.

  • Produce Weekly, Monthly and ad-hoc Management reports.

  • Payroll processing, benefits administration, and other employee-related activities in collaboration with the Finance Team.

  • Negotiate competitive service agreements with all key resourcing partners.

  • Produce accurate and professional correspondence, policy documents etc. as required.

  • Ensure HR administration and systems are maintained up to date in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Monitor employee morale and company culture.

  • Any other reasonable duties as assigned by Management.

Profile:

  • Understanding of employment regulations.

  • Understanding of personnel and compliance records management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

  • Strong IT Skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Self-motivated to question and query anomalies and the initiative to improve the process and workflow.

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar field.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
