Maintenance Manager

As manager, you will be responsible for :

• Manage and plan the daily work of the 5-strong team of technicians at the Granitarn and Granitarn Carrières sites.

• In collaboration with the technical team, draw up and manage a maintenance plan for machines and overhead cranes.

• Manage the spare parts stock, carry out price comparisons, purchase and follow up orders.

You'll also play an active role in helping your team to :

• Analyze malfunctions in the automated production department.

• Troubleshoot machine and crane malfunctions.

• Commission and check the correct operation of electrical installations on new machines.

• Carry out curative and preventive maintenance and repair work.

• Degree in electromechanics or electricity/electrotechnology.

• Good technical knowledge of: industrial electricity, electronics, PLC controls, relay controls, frequency controls, pneumatics.

• Basic knowledge of motor vehicles and rolling stock.

• Ability to read, interpret and adjust mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic drawings.

• Strong administrative and computer skills.

• Strong leadership skills, experience in such a role is a plus.

• Field mentality: you also like to roll up your sleeves and know how to manage certain things or situations.

• Fluent in French, with sufficient knowledge of English to communicate with colleagues.

• Possession of a B driving license.
