Description

The composite tiles have a naturally nuanced appearance. The tiles are manufactured according to the BTS system (Vibrocompaction under vacuum), in which marble granules of 4 to 6 mm and pigmented cement are vibrated and pressed on a vacuum press to a compact whole. After pressing, the tiles are steamed in special ovens to give them maximum hardness. They are then ground and calibrated to thickness so that they can be glued perfectly. The edges are very lightly grained.
