Indoor Flooring in Muschelkalk Eibelstädter

Muschelkalk Eibelstädter has been applied as flooring in this beautiful banquet hall 'De Vis' in Hekelgem (BE). The old windmill was restored to its original state, with respect for the historic details of the windmill. Muschelkalk Eibelstädter is a beige-grey fossiliferous limestone with multi-coloured shades. Muschelkalk Eibelstädter is a natural stone, meaning that geological processes have ‘sculpted’ this material for centuries. That’s why fossils, shells, animals, plants or corals are being woven into the stone.
