Kortrijk Leieboorden, Belgium

A Throwback to another iconic Paving Project ! ✨ From the charming Kortrijkse Leieboorden, soak in the breathtaking view of the iconic Broeltorens. We take immense pride in being a part of this transformation, turning Kortrijk into a vibrant city over the years. The Broeltorens surroundings have become a symbol of Kortrijk, now proudly showcasing the city's spirit. Back in 2005, working alongside French landscape architect Michel Desvigne, and study firms JPLX and Arcadis, they embarked on a journey to redefine the Oude Leie-arm embankments. The vision: re-establish the bond between people and water, creating a lively urban waterfront. Fast forward to today, and the results speak for themselves! 🌟The neighbourhood and the Buda-island have transformed into a cultural hub with the Budascoop, Tacktoren, and Buda-Art Factory, contributing to Kortrijk's cultural scene.
